Place people where the work needs them
In Assign, drag a Researcher onto another Workstation and give your reason. Placements respond to what you learned in Explore, and the day goal changes what counts as a strong move.
Answer escalations with incomplete information
Researchers raise Support requests during the day. A response that leaves them able to act scores full; restating the problem or asking for more analysis scores low.
Prove you were listening in Reflect
Each day ends by reading your team: how confident is each Researcher, and how loaded. The signals were never stated as status updates, so Reflect rewards recall over intuition.
Practise the 20-minute format too
The established format is included as well: a timed mission that opens with a drag-and-drop ranking, then works through branching situational-judgement choices with feedback after each one.
