Ultimate Refund Guarantee

If you prepared with the Ultimate tier, were rejected by McKinsey, and received a score below the 8th decile, you may be eligible for a refund when all requirements below are met.

Eligibility Requirements

  • You purchased the Ultimate tier.
  • You were rejected by McKinsey after taking the assessment.
  • Your official McKinsey score was below the 8th decile.
  • Your request is submitted within 60 days of your purchase date.
  • The email used for your McKinsey application matches the email used for your purchase.

Email match is required

The email used for your McKinsey application must match the email used to make your purchase. You will not be refunded if these emails do not match.

Not Eligible

A rejection alone does not automatically qualify for a refund. You must also have performed below the 8th decile.

If you received an 8th decile score or higher, the Ultimate Refund Guarantee does not apply.

The guarantee is only available for the Ultimate tier because it is the only tier designed to provide the full preparation path.

How to retrieve your decile

Email your McKinsey recruiter and ask for your Solve score. You can usually find the recruiter email at the bottom of your Solve invite email. In some regions, it may be a generic office inbox such as MEO_Recruiting_Support@mckinsey.com.

How to Request a Refund

Send the required evidence by email so our team can verify your purchase, McKinsey result, and score documentation.

  1. 1 Receive your McKinsey rejection email.
  2. 2 Email your McKinsey recruiter to retrieve your official Solve score and decile.
  3. 3 Email support@solvegamesguide.com.
  4. 4 Use the subject line: Refund Request {order number}.
  5. 5 Include your order number in the email body.
  6. 6 Attach both original McKinsey emails: your rejection email and your score email.
  7. 7 Wait while our team reviews your request and follows up with any further instructions.

Attach original emails only

Attach the actual McKinsey rejection email and score email. Do not send screenshots, and do not edit, redact, black out, or remove names or email addresses from the attached emails.

Separate from cancellation rights

This Ultimate Refund Guarantee is separate from the standard 14-day cancellation policy described in our Terms of Service.
